If a hate card like this is cast two turns in a row against the very type of deck that it's supposed to be hating, and that deck still manages to win, disgustingly.....then you are not a good hate card. XD
In order to be actually as relevant against Affinity as it needed to be, it needs to cost AT LEAST 1 less, but probably? Giving this card "Affinity for Artifacts" is what R&D should have done. :P Vorthos would have cried 'FOUL!' but everyone else should be ''grimly nodding'' or "giggling hysterically" at that idea.

Casting Meltdown for 4 (same CMC) destroys all artifacts with CMC 3 (one less) but does get rid of artifact lands and can scale up and down, whereas Granulate is stuck at 4 or less.
