I have 3 of these, two of which are signed by various players that I've killed with it.
You can accomplish anything, if you have enough counterspells in your deck.

I have lost to this card once in a multiplayer EDH game. We came up with some fun ways for the user of the card to determine who he would hit first with it, including asking riddles.

Normally I dislike instant win cards.
This one is kinda funny though. I have it as a one-off in some multiplayer decks of mine, as a final solution to players who decide to get a few hundred life, making all their permanents indestructible or simply annoy me too much. ^^ It costs 15 mana to activate and lies a turn around, so it's in matters of power level a very weak card. But many people simply don't expect it, so it's kinda fun. Especially with Rings of Brightheart.
One advice though: stay clear of willbenders when activating the door. ;)

I respectfully disagree. This card is fun because you have to find a way to pay for it. It's like trying to play Progenitus!

This, Doubling Cube and Composite Golem, a winning combo. All cards mentioned you can find in the same expansion too.
