The most positive aspect f this card? it's a dragon. I'd love to have some cheap dragon's for my tribal deck. but most of them are just too expensive...

How is this thing flying? You are missing most of your wings. That said, I'm sure glad you do. Dragon Whelp maybe cuter, but this ones flavor text is better.
