So overcosted to cast and to use. The benefit of uncounterability and possible spirit shenanigans is really trumped by something like Might of Oaks or even Giant Growth - it's just too weak to be played seriously. And this was a modern block where Umezawa's Jitte came in a theme deck, so it's not even a matter of power creep.

A little overcosted, but not bad. Her Channel gets her around countering and other things that react off spells being played.

Everything about this costs too much.
2/1 for 3 CMC is too much.
+3/+3 for 3 is too much.
The channel cost is way too much.
I love the Kamigawa cycle, but it sure had some stinkers.
