goblin marshal and/or siege-gang commander make excellent offerings.

You probably can't see this on the tiny card, but there's an Akki tied to the sticks on the cliff. I doubt he's very lucky <.<
Don't worry, he'll be safe from harm... For a year and a day as he falls down the Patron's gullet. ;-)

I usually have this out by Turn 4, helps keep the momentum of your goblins as they suddenly become 3/1's, 4/2's and the like. Combined with Quest for the Goblin Lord and a Goblin Chieftain or two, and you're set.
For a nice finishing touch, I like to throw on Tenza, Godo's Maul to turn it into a 10/8 behemoth. Only thing that can ruin my day is the multitudes of black killspells.

Awesome combo with Tuktuk the Explorer. Use offering ability during opponent's turn, preferably after combat, then attack next turn with two 7/5 creatures.

This is probably the most useful of the patron cycle

If you look at a larger version of the art, you can see tiny goblin faces sticking out of its body. A bit freaky if you ask me.

Pretty good actually, given that you could sac a goblin, you'll get a deal.
