If my opponent says "Counter", could I return Counterspell to my hand? (a cheaper spell counter)
In the same vein, if he says "Die" can I return Soldier of Fortune, Ladies' Knight, and Ironclaw Buzzardiers to my hand all at the same time?
One cringes at the possibilities for just saying "I enter my attack step," since "I" would return over 7400 different cards by itself.
So I'm going to guess, here, that the intended ruling would be a full, coherent word in the title of the card. Such as saying Well and returning Blinkmoth well and not wellwisher.

@SentByHim; no, it works while in play, there's no question to that. It's no Bridge From Below type card.

It's probably unnecessary anyway, but if I remember correctly, every single Sliver has "Sliver" in the name.

Even worse, it's a natural trap.
Opponent: I block your creature.
You: Which one?
Opponent: Sinew Sliver.

Boom! Sliver Graveyard Exodus.

We never decided if this card only worked while in play or in the graveyard. All the other "Gotcha-" cards have the same phrasing, and work from the graveyard.

If you guys are having trouble reading his nametag, it says Verdeloth the Ancient.
