Mark Rosewater (the Un-Rules Manager) explicitly confirmed that, in conjunction with Ass Whuppin', you're allowed to use
(a) Skype,
(b) hidden video cameras,
(c) military-grade binoculars and/or
(d) a navy-surplus periscope
I still can't believe Skype-sniping someone's B.F.M. is legal.

Well of course it's the same CMC as Vindicate. It trades versatility for cross-game interaction capabilities :D
