I'm fairly certain this is the first and only cycle in the history of Magic that has been contained on a single card.

Great idea + incredible flexibility. And you can cascade into it with even the cheapest cascade spell and have it destroy someone's land. Awesome!

Thankfully, both Who and Why have costs low enough that you can put it on a stick. Then you get instant-speed universal (except Planeswalkers) removal for 2

The next un-set should have "How" as a colorless instant that reads "Counter target spell if it is played from a card with different converted mana cost"
Couldn't think of another way to make this work well without specifically saying "Counter target spell played from a split card"
Also, this text would counter X spells... oh well, they're wizards, they could come up with rules text that would only make it counter Who/what/where/why/when, and it would probably be convoluted enough to work with this and ambiguity lol.
