Mikokoro is probably a contraction of the two words "umi", meaning sea, and "kokoro", meaning heart (in Ja-panese, of course (woah, didn't know J-a-p would get censored >_>)).
John Avon's artwork never ceases to amaze me, and the card isn't bad, though I probably wouldn't run it unless I was playing a very multiplayer-minded deck or was running some kind of Kederekt Parasite/Spiteful Visions/Underworld Dreams deck.
Turbofog? Never understood how those decks worked, but I'm sure it'll work there too if people say so.

I give this card a 4/5, because it's a powerful card but requires some thoughts. Helping your opponent draw cards isn't the best idea but if you are playing control this would net you greater benefit than your opponent. Remember, this land is a colorless drawing and can potentially offset color flaws.
Counterburn is one deck I see would benefit from this land. Deck that uses Solitary Confinement would find this a welcome addition. Cards that benefit from drawing, such as Niv Mizzet and Lorescale Coatl would love it.

Especially epic with Consecrated Sphinx in multiplayer. Even more epic with those and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.

Works really well in Megrim/Underworld Dreams decks, since this is not a 'may' ability. There are several ways to untap this, repeatedly forcing your opponents to draw into the dreams, and eventually discarding into the Megrim.
I run this in every EDH deck I play. It's definitely a great politic card, and rarely, if ever, gets hosed out. Howling Mine and Font of Mythos are great as well, but you have no control over it, which means you play it, everyone else can take advantage of it, then they get destroyed before your turn comes up. Temple Bell is also a great card, for the same reasons as this land.

The entire Kamigawa block had such fantastic and interesting lands, it's a shame more of them don't see constructed play.

This and Notion Thief could be fun.

especially useful if you have something to reverse the disadvantage of the second ability by bringing something that punishes card drawing.

I like this land. Badass artwork, a cool name, a pretty interesting and unique effect...can't complain!
