On one hand the targeting is so specific that it's rather unwieldy. On the other hand, you're paying 2 mana to destroy something that likely cost far more than that to summon. Of course on a third hand, Legendary cards tend to have at least one form of defense... Antiblack, Shroud, Indestructibility, many of which could just as easily prevent this from happening. A change of wording would do this a lot of good, such as calling it a 'sacrifice' or at least preventing Regen as was stated earlier. It's a tough call.
Great flavor though, a little creepy and sad. Not as creepy or sad as this third hand I've sprouted... Be back in a bit, I have a date with a hatchet.
