This card was pretty strong with "Damage on the Stack". Now it's a bit less strong, but still pretty playable.

It gives one of your creatures an escape and provides a sorcery speed Unsummon for {1} more if you absolutely have to do so. It's not brilliant, but in a deck running blue that is short on evasion it does its job.

Regardless of the damage on stack rules, this card is still pretty good due to it's versatility.
First off, it can grant your creature double evasion. That's right, double. Flying and the ability to dodge death once.
Second, you can cast this on an opponent and sac it to unsummon it at sorcery speed.
That's pretty good for a 2cmc common aura.

This is actually pretty good. You can use it on a creature that has a "when comes into play" or if you really want to get risky, put it on an opponents creature and sacrifice it. Maybe not the smartest thing to do, but you gotta have a way to taunt your opponents sometimes! :P

Can this ability be used to save a creature from going into the graveyard? You sacrifice "Phantom Wings" right after taking lethal combat damage to return the creature to your hand?
