I keep thinking guilty conscience and a x-2/x type card could combo somehow...just not willing to playtest it.

good if you happen to have a lot of mana, but otherwise slows you down immensely in the early game.

Too expensive to be truly effective. Possibly a late game threat, if your opponent is at low life, but otherwise won't be of much use.
