This got nerfed hard. It should be a 3Blue 2/3, and it shouldnt have to tap to activate its ability.

As it is it's just so SLOW.

I guess a one mana "Kill target token" has it's uses, but it's too expensive. If it was three mana, it'd be good.

"Return target creature with converted mana cost X" effects are always nice to kill tokens.
