Master Transmuter
Bounce the Mask to your hand during their draw step, put out something big.
Repeat as necessary.

That seems like it would work well! I think that their cards would remain exiled, as rules on cards like this tend to only have an effect while the card with the rule text is in play/on the battlefield. If a player could cast spells and play lands exiled with this card while Uba Mask is not on the battlefield, Uba Mask would have to state so. There's a rule there, but it's basically "Effects and Rules on permanents are only in effect while said permanent is on the battlefield, unless otherwise stated by said permanent's rule text." I don't know the exact rule, but I believe that this rule is generally accepted.

@Kevinfromheaven players can stillplay from their hands, and still need to pay mana. The basic effect is that when a player draws a new card, they have to play it on the turn they draw it, or it is exiled from the game

I I like how this simultaneously empties your opponents hand and mills your opponents library in combination with a Cephalid Broker.

If you have a bunch of mana and a way to bounce this back to your hand every turn you can basically make your opponent able to only play instants. Cast this on your turn, and when your opponent draws a card it gets exiled immediately. Then bounce the mask back to your hand and your opponent can't play his exiled cards. Hilarious.
(unless "Each player may play cards he or she exiled with Uba Mask this turn." continues to be in effect after the mask leaves play. I'm not sure!)

Well it might appear hardly playable, but there's a Vintage deck format called "Uba Stax" which can make use of this card by crossing it with Goblin Welder and Bazaar of Baghdad.

Does this let them play the card without paying it's mana cost? Or does this basically lock them into only playing the card they drew, and no other cards from their hand?
