One of my friends raves about this card whenever I play an artifact based deck.
But, come one, you can only hit 4 cards max with this unless you have some sort of aura-recycling.
If it was a global enchantment, it'd be devastating. But its not. So its an annoyance at beast. But a pure or majority artifact deck is going to laugh at it.

At the very least, it's a slow artifact removal for 
that doesn't work against a lot of cheap combo cards.
That's also all it is at max, as well. Huh. I suppose in blue it's interesting, but it's not overly useful all in all.

I'd rather play Domineer I know, totally different weight etc. Whatever. I just see
