Decent card drawing. And if you have enough other card drawing to flip this, real powerful card drawing. Could be great in a mill deck.

FYI Arnie says he did not paint this card but that Glen did. It really is Glen's like the card says (I confirmed this with Glen's family also).

Great draw engine even if you don't flip it, since its ability costs almost the double. Flipped can survive a shock (that was the standard in those days) and is powerful in a mill deck.
I suggest to keep it unflipped, unless mill is your way... Depends on your strategy!

I run this guy in a multiplayer draw deck where it's normal for me to have a hand of 15 or so. My favorite thing to do with this guy by far is to have him flip then have an opponent draw 20ish cards. However this normally does not kill the opponent, I just do it to make everyone tear out their hair while there are two guys with their deck for a hand.

This guy goes well with cards like Laboratory Maniac or Reliquary Tower. Graceful adept if you're running wizards and maybe Azami, Lady of Scrolls. That's part of the deck I use him in anyway, it's an "eh" deck but it's really fun when you pull it off :D Oh and don't forget your Spiraling Embers for another awesome wincon.
