Give this card haste or flash and its complete lockdown for as long as you can pump out snakes, which shouldn't be to hard.

I would imagine he would be weak against draw-go style of play though, you rarely catch them untapped.
4.5/5 for having an interesting and brutal ability.

Can't help but think of Serpent Generator. Although I suppose there are better options nowadays.

Canopy Cover solves 2 of her 3 problems.

I imagine that's all you need to solve if you can put the opponent into perpetual lockdown. Some number of snake tokens should be enough to stablize and finish them off
