I remember seeing this card spoiled before Kamigawa, but it read "Search for Captain Sisay."

Love, love, love this card in EDH, and I'm surprised it isn't more popular. There are so many awesome legendary creatures to grace each color in EDH, so for 2 mana you get to find the best one for your current situation. And given that it's only single costed in green, virtually any deck with a Gx identity, even if its 5c, can run this card.

Totally 5/5 for EDH. Probably a 3/5 for regular play; obviously fantastic in certain decks, but useless in a lot of decks.

Surprised this card doesn't have more attention. Any deck relying on Legendary creatures benefits hugely from this - a playset of these means you can run less copies of a Legendary.

1 more mana for 1 more card is easily worth it. This is better than worldly tutor in a deck that wants legendaries and eladamri's call is better in any deck also running white.

Pivotal in a Sliver deck - allows you to get that Sliver Queen (or Overlord) into play quickly.

Wordly tutor is vulnerable to shuffle effects, and won't put the target into your hand therefore netting you -1 card... you should have said Eladamri's call was better. And that takes white mana, so this card does what it does well enough...

Modern Valakut could have been so cool. . . if they hadn't snap-banned Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.

Another great use for this card is to go search up Iona, Shield of Emeria, discard it, then reanimate it.
