This one will at most find use in a sideboard for block-constructed, unless you're going to combine it with another creature-type changing card, which isn't worth the truble normally.
Being a Sorcery and being forced to return each creature unless you're willing to pay a lot of mana, this won't make a good bounce to use on your creatures, either...

Some people rate cards based on how good it is, some how well designed, some how fun. Not matter which way you rate this one it stinks.

Well now that we've gone through Innistrad block. This card could be slightly more useful for clearing out spirit tokens and such.
