Well that's Kamigawa for you. Lots of cool cards that you'd never play because they just made them too darn weak. I mean really what's the point of assembling your ogre/demon deck if the payoff is this?

If it can't block, it has no need for a toughness. It could be zero for all anyone cares.

This guy is not that bad. 2Black for a 3/2 body with regenerate for Black. Blocking is not important in the type of deck you want him in. Can be situation bad, but "cannot block" is a drawback aggro decks dont give a crap about.

The demon thing makes him build around, but if I had enough 4 drop demons would definitely run this guy.

Kami block also suffers from being after mirrodin. I could see this guy getting away with 3/3 body since it has a static drawback and conditional upside.
