So iconic. Nice work Anson Maddocks for helping establish this game as something unique and, dare I say, hardcore.

A great creature, representing Vampires perfectly...Many a game has ended by a beatdown via this card...

Ah, the original vampire. I love how he's a yellowed, blood-smeared subhuman monstrosity rather than the modern Creature - Vampire Fairy.

I really like this card a lot. Awesome art work and the card's abilities are a great representation of a vampire. This card really brings back old memories of playing Mono-Black Weenie (with this guy serving as the black Serra Angel) versus the White Weenie with my brother. Fantastic nestalgia with this one. I love black cards. I love old cards. I love awesome art work. This card has it all.

quite the opposite of the Innistrad vampires, so that instead of damaging players and getting counters, he instead gets counters by killing creatures. nice touch

My friend who introduced me to Magic had this in his deck. This with Unholy Strength versus my Killer Bees! I lost more games than I won...
