Good with Fists of Ironwood - both abilities are relevant in this case, simultaneously pumping it and giving it the relevant ability of trample.

I really like this card, it's incredibly balanced in its' mana cost. 3CC is fair, as it doesn't have any evasion. I like that it's another mono-green Avatar, but that probably hurts it's inclusion in many decks, as I rarely see it played in my casual group. Elf tribal is going for Heedless One every time for instance, not to mention elves can create lots of tokens. I also love the art on Scion. 3/5
