Blue/black is so flilthy it isn't even funny. Play Mind Funeral and then hit them with this thing. Take your pick of their best creature.

"Ohhhh, you think you're safe from my mill because you have one of the big three Eldrazi?"
"You mean the one that I just milled into your graveyard?"
"You mean the one that's now been exiled and I have a copy of?"

This has to be one of the most disgustingly underhanded tricks in the entire game. Needless to say, I was thrilled when I opened mine.

No. But if you use turn her into a copy of Phage after blocking has been decleared but befor damage is dealt, that would achive the same results.

This was the first rare I ever pulled out of a booster pack. 5/5 for just that.

Chilling flavor text.

Perfection, in Dimir form. Seriously, as long as there is at least one large creature in your graveyard, it can mean disaster for the opponent. Inkwell Leviathan, Dread, Simic Sky Swallower, any massive creature that has shroud or amazing abilities will justify the use of this card, especially if you play a mechanic that discards huge creatures early in the game.

@Mana: I believe not since Phage isn't actually coming into play. Dimir Doppleganger just becomes a copy of her. Meaning that since she was already on the BF, the lose game ability is null and void.

For all we know this is Lazav before he took over as guild leader.

Perfect in mill decks! Put creatures from their library into their graveyard and copy the strongest, mill more, copy a stronger one. So much fun :D
