Spider Climb is strictly better in two ways: It gives more toughness, and can be used as temporary 'emergency instant'.

Surprisingly enough, Web used to be a rare from Alpha to 4th Edition.

However, I'd like another reprint of this in a Core Set.
It uses two keywords that new players can get familiar with by adding reminder text,
yet at the end of the day it's still a simple card, therefore it seems like a great common slot.
(Also I just like to see cards getting printed at all three (basic) rarities :P)
