@ majinara: I love that combo! It generally means a fun little moment for everyone playing and watching, too, including the victim. I've found that only the Spikiest of Spikes tend not to be good sportsmen about it.

Traumatize has been printed 5 times, and it had 4 different flavour texts. The good ones are all short and direct, which I think really fits drastically powerful spells perfectly.
The original is a pun! Not much more to say on that one, but I'd argue that it is the best.
This version is a pun too! At the very least, it gives a common turn of phrase another level of meaning that you can't help but grin at.
Then there's the most recent printing, in Magic 2011... it's still good, although there is no pun. What I did find interesting about it is that it seems like it totally contradicts the 9th Ed. printing:
"You won't know what you're missing."
vs
"He was left with just enough memory to understand what he had lost."
