A fairly strong card, it can really leave your opponent in trouble if you run it alongside Crackdown.

Shuts down weenie or token decks until they get a couple of global buffs on the field, but that's pretty much it.

Konda was a great villain, and this flavor text perfectly captures his tragic pride. Here's the man who unified most of Kamigawa--and through his own blind arrogance he ruins everything he'd built.

@Eschonic:
A 2/2 creature with exalted can't attack with this enchantment on the battlefield because it prevents the declaration of 2/2 attackers in the first place - the exalted bonus kicks in after you have declared an attacker.

Would kill all the token decks if it was still in standard. Works nicely along with Windborn Muse to control all the attackers.

This plus Minister of Impediments or any tap creature mechanics and Crackdown = near complete non-white lockdown concerning creatures... love this card against the new vampires as well..
4/5

Stops token decks in thier tracks. As for your question Eschonic, I don't think that the 2/2 would be able to attack since it doesn't get the exalted bonus until it does attack. Although I'm still not entirely sure, so it would probably be best if you consulted a rules guru.

Could a 2/2 attack if there were to be a creature with exalted on the field?
I think it can't, someone I played said yes
