Definitely a fun and useful card. Not an automatic throw in by any means. This card can wreak havoc on theme decks.

What's the flavor here? I get the mechanic & the flavor text, but what exactly does a jester (or his hat for that matter) know about an enemy's strengths & weaknesses?

I've torn apart many decks with this card.

Torn apart? Lol dude you'll love this:
I was playing against my Cousin one day, and he was getting obnoxious and being a jerk, so I decided it was time to make him pay. I opened up my Vercursion deck, and we played another game. The deck can play pretty much any card any number of times (It does TRUE Recursion) so I start going and I get this card into play, and use it. At first I only removed threats from his deck and stuff he could use to win, but after a while, I was able to keep going and hit Recursion. I used a Single Jester's Cap to remove EVERY SINGLE CARD in his Library from the game. After a while I told him to just take the top 3 cards off and remove them because I was going to keep going.
I could do this because the deck can play any card any number of times, and basically I used Argivian Restoration and Reconstruction to keep going and then casted the old stand by (Timetwister and Time Spiral) to keep getting all these cards back to do it again, and then I had to use Pull... (see all)

Why do you keep Capitalizing so many Words?

@TheAlucinaut
I believe the intended flavor is using a jester cap to disguise yourself so you can infiltrate your opponent in order to spy on them (look at their entire deck) and sabotage their plans (exile key components of their deck.)
