Combine with other spirits and Enchanted Evening for some interesting board control.

Great art, too.

Out of all the -onna cycle she is the most cost efficient and usable one. Its sad that someone from R&D didn't realize the potential of these cards and overcosted each one by 1 or 2 mana. They think that by playing an Arcane/Spirit spell that the reusability of these cards made them broken? Its pretty much Buyback for creatures. But you still have to make the initial investment plus you have to pay the spirit/Arcane spell also. And no, there were no 0 Casting cost Arcane or spirits, so over costing the -Onna cards was just bad decision making.
Here's the list if you want to compare them:

3 is a good price for a 2/2 you can bounce anytime (well, whenever you play a Spirit or Arcane spell, but as long as you have plenty of cheep Arcane instants, it's effectively anytime). Topping it off with a comes-into-play destroy target enchantment ability is bonus. She is great.

In my opinion the entire face is amiable.
Disenchanting bouncable asian spirit girls with a nice cost ratio are certainly a good sideboard pick in accordant block-constructed decks.

I find it funny that oriental type art is made by an artist with an oriental name. Looks like they brought in Asian artists for Kamigawa.

Neko-onna? No.

Actually pretty efficient compared to the rest of the Onnas. One mana and a loss of "may" over War Priest of Thune.

Pretty. Blue orbs could be enchantments. What's under her hands?
