I agree with everyone that this can't help but draw comparisons to Man O War because of the similar abilities, but being costed 2 more mana makes this card suffer so much. The late game advantage of being able to recast this is nullified because of its 5 mana CC. Such a good card but overly costed and underpowered. If it had flying or 2 more points of toughness..... then maybe but a 2/2 body for 5 is simply overcosted. I really want them to print another Kamigawa block and correct some of the mistakes they made. (crossing fingers)

The Onna-spirits of Kamigawa could be useful with Semblance Anvil and Urza's Incubator
With a couple of cost-reducing cards, you could repeatedly unsummon your opponents' creatures for for each, or do other crazy stuff with the other colors' Onnas.
2.5/5 for comboness.

Please! Who needs a Man-o'-War for a Spirit deck at a cost beyond any sanity?

if you have semblance anvils and urza's incubators at your disposal there are better cards to combo with

Pretty fun with that blue Kirin, otherwise, as others have said, it's just too coslty and inefficient.

It's like a reverse-replicate cost...

Two mana over Man-o'-War.
Splices a sorcery Unsummon onto any other Spirit or Arcane spell.
Two of these ladies together = Capsize for creatures.
Not to mention the Warstorm Surge/Spiritcraft/etc potential...
