Shouldn't this text be changed ?
From "If there are exactly two permanents named Brothers Yamazaki on the battlefield, the "legend rule" doesn't apply to them." to :
"If there are exactly two permanents named Brothers Yamazaki on the battlefield under your control, the "legend rule" doesn't apply to them."

Because with those cards and the new "legend rule", we should be able to have 2 Brothers Yamazaki in play for each player ; but, for now, it is impossible for one player to keep 2 of them when there are more than 2 of them on the battlefield !

(example : My opponent and I both have a Brother on the battlefield.
If I try to play an other one, the "legend rule" will apply as there won't be exactly 2 of them on the battlefield, and I will have to sacrifice one !)
