Sadly its from any one sorce. Its not bad, but it also may never be worth its casting cost to play.

Interesting idea, though it is narrow and expensive to cast. As always, you're better off destroying the threat than fiddling around with temporary measures like this one. You spend this card to gain life, which is nice, but what then? The threat is still on the board, killing you...
