I love how ridiculous the Izzet were. It's a shame the guild system collapsed after Dissension.

Now that's nice stuff. Great for counterspell-deck my friend has. Patron Wizard, lot of other wizards which sacrifice and counterspell, many counterspell at hand which you get from Azami, Lady of Scrolls or this card.

Powerful in a mono-blue deck. If I had four Islands (and a couple of mana-producing artifacts) on turn 4, that's four cards for six mana. Nice.

Nicely timed to be most useful just when I need more cards. I haven't been disappointed by this one yet.
