Seems mostly worse than Stab Wound, but not always. I can imagine some scenarios where the damage vs life loss distinction could be important or when you want enchant a 1 or 2 toughness creature and prefer the lifeloss to killing the creature.

Love Scott Kirschner's art!! As for the card, meh.

I can imagine it seeming even worse compared to all the crazy Urza's block cards too.
