I have always felt that the art on this seems grainy and low res. Or that the card its printed on seems scuffed or something.
very, very weird that no one else has ever mentioned it.

There are some cards, such as the Black Lotus , where I can sort of understand why someone would chose to give it a rating below 5, even if I personally disagree.
These same cards I can also understand why people would argue they are more powerful than the dual lands and are more highly-sought after commodities.
But what I cannot understand is why anyone would rate a DUAL LAND lower than a perfect 5?? If this card is not good enough for you, then exactly what is?? There is no drawback to playing a dual land, only a bonus, making it strictly superior to all those basic lands we would normally fill our deck with.
Dual Lands may not be the most significant cards you can play, but when it comes to rating them there really should be no hesitation. For me, its very cut and dried.
