The examples in the rulings for this card are wrong. Null Profusion or Recycle are enchantments that makes your maximum hand size 2, and where it says Trusted Advisor it should say Minamo Scrollkeeper.

isn't half bad, and especially in Blue Kamigawa, the hand size thing is just icing on the cake.

You really can't complain as it holds off Goblin Guide, Kird Ape, etc., while still providing a (semi-)relevant ability. More cards = more answers, more answers = less threats.
While i realize he doesn't actually draw cards, he does greatly the improve "Draw go" strategy, as he both holds off attacks and prevents that occasional pesky discard.

2 for a 2/3 with the only draw-back being defender? The second ability is nice enough too. That's a pretty great 2nd turn play in general actually :O Why is this rated so low?
