Fact or Fiction's smaller cousin
Dump the card you don't need at the bottom, put into your hand the card you really need NOW and the last one that you like to draw on top of the library
And you make all the decisions, at instant speed

Very useful instant for a little library manipulation.

Very nice. It basicly says 'Scry:3, then draw a card'. Very good for 2 mana.
