As Polychromatic said, another pearl from a perfect block! My favourite block ever!
The 2 power this gains, compared to Wall of Blossom is worth the more you spend to play it, because, killing a weenie in combat, reduces the number of creature that will attack the next turn, slowing A LOT down the beatdown, and ending in a lot of card advantage... Much stronger, I would say...
I can't stop to love this block(the only thing that Ravnica misses are some "simple" effects, like a Shock, a Unsummon or a Cancel, but I totally can live with it!)!

Being a spirit, soulshift works with it. Don't forget too that this wall has a power of 2, it can KILL weenies when it blocks.

Absolutely run both. If Wall of Blossoms is good in your deck, odds are so is this.
Some might find this and WoB run well in a Defender heavy deck with Overgrown Battlement. However, at just 3 mana cost this card (and WoB) combo incredibly well with Aluren and/or Equilibrium. If you really want to get ridiculous about drawing cards, throw in Elvish Visionary, Coiling Oracle, and Merchant of Secrets, even Wall of Omens if you want to splash White, and you can fly through your deck in no time.

Comparison to Wall of Blossoms is obvious: {G} for +2/+1 is a debatable tradeoff, but the fact that Blossoms has 0 power to start with means this definitely has a place.

I used to play wall of blossoms back in the day and it was one of my favorite cards ever. I can't decide if this is better or not. This will kill off weenies, but for one more mana.

I agree that wall of blossoms was pretty good, and may be better than carven caryatid only because that wall of blossoms was one less green. In a deck that I play I have a bunch of 3 cmc cards so the fact that I can play a 0/4 wall on turn two and draw a card is better for me.
