Really? 2.5? This card dominates in my R/U wizard deck. Once I drop this pretty much all of my opponents creatures are powerless while I can still tap my guys to deal damage.

If you 're playing a deck that can consistently afford {U}{U}{U}, you don't rely on attacking creatures to win and still complain that your hand will be empty by then, you 're doing something wrong.

Quite good imo, using it in a deck with 4 Minamo Scrollkeepers(I don't have a spellbook/other hand size cards D: ), Jushi Apprentice and Neverending Torment. Quite powerful in dekcs which don't rely too much on their creatures.
5/5

I can't quite tell why this card is rated so low. There is nothing wrong with hiding behind a -7/-0 Meishin and playing only a single card per turn, slowly accruing a noncreature victory - in fact, it's quite fun.

even if it's on the field your opponent can still hurt you with other things than bluntly attacking you with creatures

Couldn't one at least demand this effect for your opponent's creatures only from a triple-blue legendary enchantment for seven mana?
A card like this shouldn't have a low mana cost of course, but like this it's just not playable.
At slightly higher mana costs you already have a decent selection of spells that allow you to get rid of all or even your opponent's creatures only, so why bother playing this one?
