This card is strictly worse than Burrowing from Alpha, a card which never saw play...Landwalk is a decent ability, but the Auras that grant a landwalk suck for the most part...

Well, against blue decks, this is 1Blue enchanted creature is unblockable.
I am sure it has a home in a sideboard somewhere.
