One of several Arabian Nights creatures that flavor-wise should have been Legends. I mean, this isn't just any Island Fish. This is a named Island Fish. It's a specific, individual Island Fish. It's Jasconius, the Island Fish.

This card is a pretty useless monster, although that's been mostly the rule for blue...
Islandhome: check
Untap cost: check
Although 7 CMC for a 6/8 wasn't that bad...UUU to untap kills it though...

Man, big blue creatures have come a long way. That being said, despite how silly this thing is, it was at least a threat (sort of) for its time. Assuming you gave your foe an island, a 6/8 creature with just an untap cost (not some silly sacrifice cost or something) was rather threatening. Still laughable by today's standards, of couse.
