Orzhov Basilica probably is better, but this Signet has the best art of all signets. All the Orzhov cards have amazing art. Their bounceland, guildmage, dual land, and signet arts are all the best, come to think about it.

Why are people comparing a land to an artifact? They're both good, and accelerating mana is always good.
