@Paleopaladin :

It does not target, so yes, you can choose the Behemoth as the source.

Nubiop: Um, I think Novijen wants a word with you. When did GU classify as "expensive"?

Repeatable fog is always powerful, but this IS rather expensive. This confines its use to the later game, but this is by no means unplayable. A bit odd that this produces colourless yet clearly wants to be put in at least duocoloured decks. At least it comes into play untapped.

This is quite playable in EDH/Commander against Earthquake and Inferno-like cards

EDH. All of the guildhomes, with the exception of Nivix, have a home in EDH.

Would be a nice card in Green-White. Blue-White simply lacks the mana for the ability.

That's alot of mana...
Oh well, come in untapped, as long as your mana-base is sound this can REALLY save your ass late game w/ out hurting you early

7 mana is steep but i guess can be useful lategame to mess up combat or keep you alive.

For 7, it better prevent ALL damage that turn. The problem is that will allow for a lock unless your opponent happens to be running some land destruction. So I guess what I am saying is this should have been cheaper.

"Worth playing" is not only a matter of power.
For me Prahv is worth playing just for the feeling of supreme bureaucracy it brinds to the table. Hold the status quo at all costs, my fellow nothing-doers!
Not to say it can actually be relevant in some matchups. Holding off Fireballs, Earthquakes and all that jazz at least feels worth it. It was even played as 1-of in some competitive decks of it's standard era.
