Yeah, I immediately thought Blood Moon too. (4x Blood Moon, 4x Magus of the Moon, bunch of these, some global damage effects)

Interesting card, Pyroclasm + Blood Moon srping to mind. even an Earthquake would work well becasue you only need 1 damage.

I never got this card... it should be getting better with each activation, but you need an additional land as well or it does nothing...
EdIT: oops, missed the fact that it has no 'end of turn' clause. kind of expected them to have haste and trample and only be a creature untill end of turn...

but its good :if you have 6 lands pay 4 and you get 2 3/1 lands
