An interesting definition of jihad in the magic universe...Crusade is much easier to play than this, although the extra point of power is nice...

i kinda like this card. the +2 part is very nice. I like using this card in conjunction with crusade because i've been playing alot of multiplayer games lately. While Crusade is pretty much better, in multiplayer having multiple white weenie decks on your team becomes quite fun or the other ww players will be less likely to put the smackdown on you. We had a casual emperor tournmanet where we had this, Divine Sacrament, and crusade...needless to say our creatures were just flatout massive and steamrolled on through through most of the tournament

haha, this card is pretty much impossible to reprint because:
1) they won't print a card called Jihad these days
2) it's on the Reserved List anyways
so even if they WANTED to reprint it, they couldn't even do a simple rename and do a functional reprint, it would have to be changed entirely, so chances are pretty slim

Jihad's not bad with all that extra power, but I'd rarely play it over either the cheaper Crusade or more stable Glorious Anthem.
