I don't think this card is broken, another example of cards form the Un-set that would be GREAT reprinted into a series, but because it has to deal with Dice, it is out of the question...
I seriously think they should add cards that have you roll dice to see what happens, Like a Slot Machine card that says 
: Roll 3 6-sided Dice, on a resault where all 3 results match, draw X cards?
Dx dice would definitely make some archtypes interesting.
