Heheheh.... you can't go off with this card unless you can pay the cost enough times! How long can your hands hold out?

By the way, for those confused about the random tap on tap off, back in the day when Unglued was printed and it was still pre-6th edition, artifacts used to not work as a rule while they were tapped. I'd honestly go ahead and say for the sake of original intent and more importantly, fun, you should treat this card as having some sort of Howling Mine-esque errata so it works as intended again. It's not much worse than making those Unglued interrupts instants.

that was so that you could turn on and off the ability. since it works both ways, your enemy could see your hand, and if you were setting something up, perhaps you didn't want them to know

Great Johnny tech in general for being an artifact for free that provides an effectively infinite amount of tapping or untapping while also having a Telepathy effect included at the same time.

The only drawback i could think of is that your hands might get sore when overusing it.
