@sarroth: White is the color of fairness and equalizing (see Balance, Restore Balance, Wrath of God...). Resetting the game seems quite "fair" and "equalizing" to me.

Why 10 life? Did they decide the subgame from Shahrazad takes too long? Plus if no one lost life, they then lose life. I'd prefer it to be 20 life, because then you are starting over, assuming it's not Two-Headed Giant or Commander, that is. Such a weird card for white, seems more blue given mode's references.

It's a parody of "resets" like Memory Jar or Timetwister that become abused almost before they are even printed; thus it states it is restricted. Happy? It's funny.
