Are multiple instances of the keyword "Poisonous 1" redundant like "trample" and "vigilance", or do they stack like multiple instances of "flanking" and "+1/+1"?
This card is already good, but if this ability stacks, then having two of them on the board would make each sliver have "poisonous 2", and then you would only need to hit your opponent with 5 slivers in order to kill them... Can anyone say over-powered!?

no. poison don't stack. it would be insane (and because it's insane, it would have been great and utterly broken) if it did. but sadly, no, it does not. you could try giving your horde double strike with fury sliver, though, and attack with shadow and haste...those four slivers alone give you 8 counters,,,

I don't think multiple instances of poisonous stack; if they did so, someone would've made a top-tier standard deck around this little guy, i'm pretty sure.
@blindcansee, buffing effects work differently than evergreen abilities.

You don't even need a sliver deck to run this card. If you have a normal infect deck this just gives you extra glistener elves.
