The best thing on this card is successfully vanquished goblin in a background and an elegance of a elven chick :P
I play her in my G/B elven - deathtouch deck and she really shines :) with some support, she is really frustrating

Reveal Talara's Battalion, I mean they are going to see it in a second anyway...
I too don't get why elves get everything. Why does elf fat exist again? Can they not just be weenies, they are in the color of Overrun, and have Ezuri, Renegade Leader, and Joraga Warcaller. The more I think about the more ticked off I get.

Remember you can also reveal cards with the Shapeshifter creature subtype as part of the casting cost. A 3/3 for {1}{G} alone is nuts even for {G}, throw in deathtouch and a notoriously ridiculous creature subtype and you have a very versatile uncommon. Interestingly enough, this card also sports the Warrior subtype, which although not as rampant as elf tribal, still has some cards that interact postively with it, although most of them are {R}, such as Lovisa Coldeyes.

I've been debating lately whether goblins or elves are the most ridiculous tribe in magic.
I'm leaning elf because of their broader scope of abilities, and this guy, an oversized creature early game and professional blocker late, is definitely a factor in that.
