This is definitely one of those rares that I would be disappointed to get....... it's not a bad card, it's just kinda bland.

Quite good in UW. Note that excess draws aren't wasted! Rhystic Study seems like a natural fit, as well as cycling lands, brainstorm, Faithless Looting and careful study, standstill and similar.
This is a 2 mana win condition if you can get it rolling. Don't even get me started on things like Skullclamp and cheap white tokens.

This is terrible in Legacy Enchantress, because (despite the Enchantress's own ability) Enchantress is all about stalling the early game long enough for you to Replenish.
It's true that Venduran Enchantress herself makes your enchantments cantrip, when she's online, but even then you're usually only casting 1-2 spells a turn, tops. But even without an Enchantress, pretty much all of the rest of your cards are designed to stall the board, and stalling is the perfect complement to Luminarch Ascension.
One thing worth noting. I tried this as a sideboard card versus burn, and it works perfectly.
Where this shines is 
midrange.
